Another popular and successful event at Allotment Soup, the community growing space at Mill Lane on Walney, owned and run by the good people at Art Gene. Friday evening was the opening event with chance to socialise, drink and eat from Russ’s amazing buffet, and hear Dan Fox talk about his kinetic sculptures spread around the site.
Saturday was filled from morning till night with a wide variety of green activities based around food, nature and art. The weather was good, attendance was strong and the bonfire was the perfect end to a great day.
