Commercial License
On payment of the invoice, Aerial Artwork grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the photographs and/or video for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:
- advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging
- as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes use
- prints, posters, flyers for promotional purposes (not for resale)
- prints, posters, or other commercial display of photographs
- magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications
- video, broadcast, theatrical
The photographs and/or video may not resold, relicensed, redistributed without express written permission from Aerial Artwork. The photographs and/or video may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. The photographs and/or video may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. The photographs and/or video may not be made available for download.
Aerial Artwork retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the photographs and/or video.
There is no warranty, express or implied. The photographs and/or video are provided ‘as is’. Aerial Artwork will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or the use of these photographs and/or video.
