This really is quite a remote site, situated along a rural cul-de-sac, but nevertheless was very rewarding to visit. The land is split between the pasture at the bottom and the woodland climbing up the hill. When I arrived the stunning bluebells were in full bloom and the views from the top of the site were excellent, looking out to the Duddon Estuary.
