Newby Bridge Hotel has many positive features and, after visiting the hotel, I felt that using aerial footage alone would really not do it justice. This resulted in me making a number of trips to get footage from various positions and heights. I visited at different times of the day to get the light on different aspects of the property, including one evening to capture the footage for the closing time-lapse. The hotel has wonderful gardens, which feature the stunning Rotunda. It is also very well positioned, overlooking the southernmost tip of Lake Windermere.
